A single mother of
twins and a workin' girl, Monty fell in love with music the first
time her mother
hummed "Honey" by Bobby Goldsboro as she lay
in her crib. The love of music grew as she did,
until she became the reigning (family) champion of Name That
Tune when she Named It in One Note.
Despite a severe deficiency in the rhythm department and being
"vocally challenged", Monty did not let that stop her from enjoying
music in all genres. As a former child actress (star of every high
school play, anyway), she has a particular fondness for show tunes.
